Situation
Rossbarth is a high end restaurant run by the young chefs Marco Barth and Sebastian Rossbach. With the best local products the region has to offer, the two chefs make traditional food, but are not afraid to experiment while doing so. Not only the interior design mirrors the interplay of the old and the new. The food itself is based on traditional Austrian cuisine, but it is newly interpreted.
Process
The importance was to highlight the process of preparing the food, combined with the first-class ingredients. Graphically we chose to re-interpret what is tried and true, and to decisively accentuate certain aspects.
